this incident happened when i was around 15 years old i was travelling in train with my dad at any particular station a family of 4 boarded the train (a mother father and 2 boys)we were in first class so it was mostly empty and it was monsoon and much people were travelling so it was just us 6 ...

i still think that was he dumb or genius at that moment when decided to go outside naked.

Good question! Maybe it depends on which one he liked less: having to be naked, or having to be dressed like a girl.

Kinda sounds like he was unleashing a lot of chaotic energy, so either dumb, or ...
