My family reunion was held in Georgia in the middle of the summer, for those of you that don't know the hills of Georgia in the summer tend to reach 100 degrees. It was HOT, I was bored and texting in a room in my Aunt's farmhouse I had to share with Marylyn and Jenna when heard Jenna and Rodger talking to my brother about Country "traditions". There was a swimming hole deep in the woods behind the house, they would take him there but butt, he had to follow their dress code, they just had to get back before the barbecue . Though I would have said no, I was angry when I realized that they weren't even going to ask me. I knew the swimming hole was probably connected to the stream that ran behind my Aunt's house, I waited an hour till after they left, grabbed my backpack and went deep in the woods, fallowing the stream I found the swimming hole among near a little waterfall were the area grew rocky. The water was deep enough for them to jump off the rocks into the pool that formed at the bottom. I watched for a while trying not to giggle, It was very funny to see them naked. Everyone was laughing until my one of my younger Cousin's came forward and said he saw me carrying shoes and a bag into the shed. My Mother told me to stay right there as my Aunt came back with the hidden bundle,

My mother told me to strip right there, I was one the verge of tears, I pulled off my t-shirt, pulled off my kicks, socks and jeans and stood there in front of everyone in my underwear.

When we finally went home our mother told us the experience made her realize how much money she would save on wash and air conditioning keeping us naked all the time when ever we were home …. Our hides stayed tan the whole summer.
