Honestly I feel Vision is one of the most overpowered of the rings considering there is absolutely zero risk of any kind to it's use unless the user is a complete idiot, and there are no limits to what it can be used to see thanks to illusions. It can make images of people do any actions the user imagines, even without that person being there. It can even do infinite replays of the best parts. Vision is probably my favourite ring. It feels more balanced, doing plenty crazy thing, but not coming across as too overpowered.
Probably the only rings more overpowered would be Memory for it's mind control potential or Sensation because it can work as a loophole to having sex and it produces the best sexual pleasure by far. Change and Swap are powerful as hell in the hands of someone clever enough to master them, but there's a skill curve and lots of risk of being caught and attacked. Since the rings cannot be used to fight, a Ringbearer is very vulnerable to getting their ass kicked by an angry person.
