Perhaps Jim accidentally leaves the bathroom door partly open, and the sister walks in on him while he's peeing.
Does she step up to the mirror to comb her hair? Does she start to brush her teeth? Jim left the door open, so it is all his fault.
They are late getting up for school, this gives her the excuse to stay in the bathroom while brother does his business.

The flashback part of the story has JIm at 10 and the sister is 14.
I'm guessing this naked dance takes place when Jim is 13 and the sister is 17. Since there is no mention of pubic hair or penis size
If Jim was much older, then a naked dance between siblings would come closer to the "sexual or creepy" that is mentioned in the first
paragraph.

You're right i've messed up with their ages. I'll try to fix it in the next chapter. He should have been a little younger in the flash back. I used phycology to explain why the naked experience wasn't "sexual or creepy" have i failed at it?

No, you did not fail. I'm just stating at what age such an incident would be less "innocent", and that is at an older age.
The age of the characters helps us judge how normal or unexpected their actions are. The younger, the more innocent and cute
a younger brother would be, and he could do just about anything naked without it being considered "creepy".
