My Accidental ENM Story at the Hospital

How I am: I'm actually pretty handsome,not the most beautiful man in the world, but normally good-looking. Not white, but not black. Normally hairy: some bush in the penis area, a little hair on the ass, and a little on the torso. Black hair.

A few years ago, when I was 20, I had a minor health scare. I’d developed a harmless allergy in my groin area—not serious, but it left some faint marks that made me worried. Out of pure panic, I decided to go to the hospital to have it checked.

What I completely forgot in my rush was... underwear.

Why? Well, I live in a really cold city, so I don’t usually wear underwear; instead, I wear thermal pants under my regular clothes. But that day was surprisingly warm, so I skipped the thermal layer... and in my anxiety about the allergy, I didn’t realize I wasn’t wearing anything under my jeans.

So, I got to the hospital, and to my surprise, I was attended by two female doctors—something that had never happened to me before. One of them was about 28 or 30 years old, very beautiful, and the other was a bit older, maybe in her mid-thirties, funny and friendly. They took me to a private room, as usual.

I calmly explained my situation to them. At this point, I still hadn’t realized I wasn’t wearing underwear. They were both super professional and kind, asking me the standard questions. Then came the big moment: they needed to take a look at the affected area.

One of them reassured me, saying, “Don’t worry, you won’t need to take off your underwear, just pull your pants down a bit.” So, with total confidence, I pulled my pants down… and that’s when I realized—too late—I wasn’t wearing anything underneath.

I immediately felt a wave of embarrassment wash over me. I’d just yanked my pants down completely in front of both of them without even realizing it. They both looked surprised for a moment, but then they laughed softly when I quickly explained: “Sorry… I forgot I wasn’t wearing underwear… panic, I guess.”

They totally understood and stayed professional, but there I was—completely exposed, standing in front of two women, one of them beautiful, both looking right at my private parts.

The younger doctor got closer and said, “Excuse me, Kent, okay? I will have to touch here.” I nodded nervously, but to be clear, she didn’t touch my penis—just the surrounding area, since I’m kind of hairy down there (not overly, just normal). She checked everything while the older doctor made notes on the computer, occasionally glancing at the same area.

Then things escalated.

The younger doctor said she wanted to call another specialist to take a look. So she went to the door and… left it half open. I was still naked from the waist down! I stayed facing away from the door, but I realized that anyone walking by in the hallway could have easily seen me completely exposed. I don’t know if anyone did… but just the thought made me even more embarrassed.

She came back with a third doctor—also a woman! Now there were three female doctors looking at and discussing my groin area, all while the door stayed slightly open. One of them was even standing near the door while analyzing me, like she was in a hurry.

At one point, I had to shift my position, turning slightly toward the door. That meant anyone passing by could probably get a good view… not of my front, but definitely of my bare ass. Sure enough, other doctors and patients passed in the hallway. Some of them—both men and women—looked inside and definitely saw me. I was mortified, but at the same time, there was nothing I could do.

Eventually, they finished the examination, made their notes, and I was cleared to go home. But before that, the younger doctor had to take a photo of the area for their records. She used her personal phone—something that, in the moment, just added to the weird mix of professionalism and intense awkwardness.

Finally, I got dressed and left the hospital.

But it didn’t end there.

As I was leaving, I crossed paths with some of the people who had walked by the room and seen me naked. They looked right at my face… and I could tell they recognized me from what they’d seen earlier.

It was one of the most unexpectedly embarrassing experiences of my life—but looking back, it’s also kind of hilarious. And I guess it made me part of the universe’s secret ENM club.

Did they prescribe any medication to treat the rash?

I had a similar experience.

When I was 19 I needed to get a physical for a new job. My employer sent me to the HMO they used for our health insurance. It was a new experience for me because they had me put on a gown (I had always just stripped to my shorts) and I had a female PA do the exam - I had never been examined by a woman before. Anyhow, the exam was going as usual until she needed to do the hernia/testicle check. She had me stand up as she sat on a stool and raise the gown. About a second after I had raised it, one of the nurses barges in to ask her about another patient. The nurse held the door open as she stood half in and half out. I was a bit surprised by it but figured "whatever." That's at least until I noticed a woman sitting across the way waiting to get lab work! She had a full view of me and looked surprised. I went to drop the gown, but the PA stopped me and said "No, no I'm not done yet." and held my hands preventing me from covering myself. The woman noticed this and smiled at my predicament. She looked right at my privates and raised her eyebrows and then at me, making sure I knew she saw everything. The nurse finished her questions and left, closing the door. The PA finished the exam and told me to get dressed and stop by the reception desk to finish some paperwork. When I got out there, the woman was at the window ahead of me. When she finished, she turned around, recognized me and said "Oh! Nice to see you again!" and left.

Can you describe the woman that saw you? How old was she? Body type? Hair color/style?

I suppose that's possible. I don't know if I would have minded as much if it were just the nurse who saw me though. When I went to the pediatrician as a kid, it was normal for a nurse to walk in, so I didn't;t think much of it in this situation - until I saw the woman looking at me!

Can you describe the woman that saw you? How old was she? Body type? Hair color/style?

She was 40ish, somewhat attractive, medium "normal" body, blonde hair (may have been bleached).
