neverdoubted mentioned this as one of his inspirations

I've had no luck finding it. I even tried looking on "The All CMNF forum", and in the Indian Outlaw archives.

Anyone have a copy, or know where I can find it?

You might try PM'ing Neverdoubted. I'll bet he has a copy as he used it as inspiration.
