I eventually blossomed to the point where I'm not humiliatingly small but I am still stubby when flaccid, and I still have the fat pad which does me no favors.

I mean I wish I'd been seen (and teased, I guess) by at least one girl back when I was a tween/teen and still small.

He was about 11 or 12 years old when I started to have curiosity about the other sex and so any opportunity was good and I always teased him afterwards !!!

When was the last time you saw him and how old was he then? And did he ever get bigger?

I happened to see him again and I took advantage of it by always spying on him when he was 16 and he was always the same, tiny dick and very fat pubis. Of course later I told him in the presence of others but without letting him hear and he became all red...
