Thinking about it now----my guess is that he wanted to do the streak & didn't care if anyone present on the hiking trail saw his full-frontal nudity. However, the guy didn't want his penis to be visible all over the internet.

Guy here doesn’t get fully naked but he does pull his underwear down at the last second and runs with his butt fully out.
Hoping to encourage some of y’all to share your own faves. I remember this one from twenty years ago where a guy was doing pull-ups in a doorframe shirtless and his friend is able to come up behind and fully pants him, leaving him completely naked. Haven’t seen it since then but I hope some site out there still has it posted.

Found yandex and searches translated into Russian found stuff on VK, OK, mail.ru, and others that were less strict than usual. Haven’t found an equivalent for searches in Spanish or Japanese or whatever.
