I'm curious whether I am alone in this.

I was once IRL walked in on when I was totally nude and was completely humiliated by the experience.

A couple of years later, as harmful as the experience had been to my psyche, I began to masturbate to the memory of my own naked humiliation.
So a year after that I determined to purposely create a scenario where I pretended to act surprised and humiliated by an "Inadvertently" being seen in the nude when I didn't want to be seen in the nude and certainly not by THAT girl. I love the idea of it, a girl catching me exposed. Sounds like she was hesitant but not totally against it.

No, as much as I wanted to see, I did not ever see her in any state of undress.
The closest was one time she wore a tanktop with a lot of cleavage and was laying down on her bed facing her laptop webcam and I could see about 40% of her boobs. I remember being afraid to even mention it because the last time I mentioned her cleavage that showed like 20% of her boobs she put on a sweater over top to cover up immediately afterwards.

You seem to be asking about deliberately setting up a designed situation, I don't feel like this is quite what you meant but I think it's at least in the ballpark.

After the experiences I had feeling embarrassed and body shy, I reached a point about 10 years ago where I decided to "flip the script" and now when I find myself in a situation where being naked or exposed is a valid or reasonable state, I push myself to undress. Maybe I don't go out of my way to show off, but at least I don't completely hide.

When I'm at the dermatologist for a skin check or at the doctor's for a physical, if they give me a drape I'll put it on loosely but my boxers always come off and if the drape shifts and things start showing I try to resist putting it back automatically.

When I go to the pool, I deliberately go there in my street clothes and change in the locker room. And when I change, I try to take off my shoes, shorts, and boxers first. If I'm using one of the lockers, I'll take a moment to start putting things into it. Then I'll remove my socks and lastly my shirt before I put on my trunks. If I use the shower, I'll usually strip at the locker and then walk to/from the shower just holding my towel. Of course if there are kids around I'll be more discreet. And if someone comes in and starts changing next to me I'll sort of match their modesty level. If they seem uptight or shy I'll hurry up and put on my boxers, but if they let it all hang out then I do also. And if they want to chat I absolutely will, again trying to mirror their cues -- I've chatted back to back while getting dressed, chatted face to face holding my towel, chatted sitting naked while the other guy stood and toweled himself off.

I did that a few times. My girlfriend and I went to a state park beach on a 4th of July weekend and she brought an old two piece but modest swim suit and I word swim trunks. We set up as far up the beach from the water as we could and then went swimming. Although I make a point of undressing at the doctor on the occasions where I'm given the option, I've never tried to deliberately arrange for it without a real complaint. The local clinic doesn't even ask you to disrobe for a physical these days and when I offered a couple years ago the nurse said to keep everything on unless the doc says otherwise.

My preference would be to come up with a legit reason to have the doc take a look rather than just making something up. Like, I've been thinking about asking my urologist a question or two about my circumcision scar. Yes, it's kind of an excuse to have the doctor look at things but at the same time I really would like to hear the answers.
