Babysitting the Cousins: Changing Clothes in front of Each Other

I’ve posted before about times I was asked to look after my younger cousins who often shared a big bedroom at a beach house over the summer. This led to many instances where the children would put on and take off swimsuits, and don pajamas/nightwear in the evening which usually meant changing underwear. Once they hit the tween years often times they would put a big shirt on first that came down below their waist, which would cover their genitals when changing underwear/swimsuits. However, if you put their clothes on the bed before they got there it was understood the clothes had been selected for them and they had to put them on… so if you gave them a t-shirt or something that only came down to the waist you guaranteed they would have to bare their genitals for at least a few seconds when getting ready for bed.

I was surprised to find out 2 of my girl cousins did not wear training bras or anything under their shirt even after they had started budding so just the simple act of changing their shirts between around age 11 and 12 meant their male counterparts could get a quick look at their developing breasts, or a longer look if it was time for hair washing which required the child to be topless whether boy or girl, breast buds or not. This was never acknowledged but very intense both to witness and more so to oversee. Obviously the tween girls were at a significant disadvantage with having to be shirtless, and I never understood why they never had even an undershirt before turning 13.

How'd things go when pubic hair happened?

I only ever saw pubes on one cousin when quickly dressing after having a shower, that was Mark. He was 12 and developed a bit earlier than the others. Mary yelled “whoa!” and covered her eyes while Rachel smiled and said “nice hair!” That was the only experience I recall of that type.

This was an unfortunate fact for his big brother Tristan who when I last saw his genitals at 14 was still bald as a baby. The last time I saw Timmy exposed he was 13 and also hairless. As of the girls I never saw them with any pubic hair. The last time I saw Mary’s vulva she was 12 and Rachel was 11, neither had sprouted anything yet although their breasts had started budding. It was never acknowledged verbally (looks on their faces said plenty) but I’m sure seeing developing breasts close up was a real treat for them.

It was something i had the authority to do. More often than not I’d provide them a big shirt that came below the waist, which gave plausible deniability. I did consciously choose short t-shirts for them and shorts to ensure that they would have to bare their genitals both to me and more importantly the other kids. When they turned 12-13 years old and this all became indefensible, not to mention the kids would separate into rooms of boys and girls, I mainly saw my cousins exposed when they were given a bare bottom spanking which naturally revealed both sides of the naked lower half. These happened in full view of other kids whether girls or boys.

Sounds like the bare bottom spanking were a regular occurrence. What sorts of misbehaving warranted this punishment, it would appear to be quite minor if it happened often enough? Did it happen to boys or girls more, or equally? Did you have the authority to or you ever have to dole out this punishment yourself to the younger cousins?

More or less identical, but I know Tristan and Timmy were self conscious because they still hadn't hit puberty despite being teenagers and Mark had hair when he was 12, although I noticed Timmy and especially Tristan had grown noticeably more at their ages... just for some reason hadn't sprouted hair. As for the girls I'm not sure if they were embarrassed more over not having pubic hair or because not having pubic hair meant their genitals were fully visible. In terms of breast buds I think Mary was much more self conscious about them being seen while I have a theory that Rachel kinda wanted to show them off, maybe liked the attention.

I guess you could say it was something that happened regularly enough, but rarely enough that it was very potent as a punishment. It was stuff that you would expect: lying, repeated disobedience, and deliberate harm inflicted on another kid come to mind. There were a few times over the years when I was asked to spank the kiddos and I did have the authority to spank when they were under my direct authority but I only ever enforced a spanking that was fully my decision twice. Over the years it only happened to boys more than girls because Rachel was by far the most well behaved and obedient child of the bunch, but also I think it was considered acceptable to spank boys over the age of 13 when I don't think girls would have been spanked at that age, not bare ass anyway.
