Oh my gosh. I would be completely mortified! I think the worst, though, would be if it got shown to other girls in my class at school. Even censored, they'd probably make fun of the perceived lack of size, and you say that you could see his butt in it. Although I don't quite understand how you could see his butt in the picture if it was from the front. I might need a diagram!
It's pretty simple actually. He was basically laid down on their lap, butt facing the camera. It wasn't perfectly horizontal but he was laid down.
That meant you could see his butt cheeks and the balls/penis hanging in between, though censored.

Not exactly "my" story, but one of my close friends (the same one from the how I saw him naked story) has a family chat group for him, his parents and his sister. Well, it turns out the display picture of that group is a family picture of the four of them, except his father has picked him up and opened his legs while his mom hold his hands away ( he is in their laps on a couch). While he's naked at age 13!
His sister is holding what I can only guess is the towel he was wearing and they removed.
The picture itself is censored, but only barely, like they have a emoji covering only his dick and balls and nothing else (so his butt is fully on display)
They also have the uncensored image of course , and his sister (who first showed me the censored version of the picture, much to my friend's annoyance) told me that he hates it because he had just finished bathing too, and his willy is small enough in it that you could pass it off as a child'sz but my friend managed to change the topic before she could pull out the uncensored version too.
At this point , After all that detailed storytelling, you could have uploaded the photo.
