12 year old Freya Bronwen appears to have some kind of congenital medical condition which has caused early and rapid breast growth. She is already a DD-cup in her second year of middle school. Her puberty started early and her breasts show no sign of slowing in growth. Her mother, concerned that she might have either macromastia or hyperestrogenism, has taken her to the doctor to get examined and tested. Unfortunately, circumstances leave insecure little Freya exposed, embarrassed, and humiliated in front of hospital staff and patients of various ages and genders. This includes her being completely naked in front of a handsome young man who bullied her at school for her breasts, but not appears quite shy to find her naked in a CMNF situation with her. Could his teasing have been born from more than just cruelty, and will Freya survive her humiliation long enough to find out?

Cast
-Freya: Our protagonist. A 12-year-old girl in her second year of middle school, short for her age but with unusually large DD-cup breasts born from a precocious puberty. Getting bullied for her early blooming has left her insecure and socially anxious.
-Mrs. Bronwen: Freya's mother. Very buxom herself, she is concerned because Freya is blooming far too early and grown far too large even when considering the Bronwen family busty genetics. She is a doting mother but quite ditzy at times.
-Tanner: Freya's baby brother. He is 8 years old. He loves his big sister but finds her bouncing boobies and blushing face funny, not quite understanding how humiliating such situations are to her.
-Dr. Carter: Pediatric Endocrinologist and the doctor seeing Freya about her precocious puberty and extreme breast growth. Friendly and warm, he is also quite handsome. Sadly, as the female orderlies lament, he is gay and happily married to a loving husband at home.
-Nurse Danvers: Dr. Carter's primary nurse assistant. In her mid-20s, she is friendly and good with kids. Still, she can't resist teasing a shy girl like Freya. That said, as a buxom woman herself, she sympathizes with the poor girl.
-Aiden: 12 years old and one of Freya's bullies from school. A handsome boy, he is at the hospital for a head injury and just so happens to run into Freya. Whereas normally he teases Freya relentlessly, he is unusually shy now that he is seeing his victim nude. Could his mockery and namecalling at school have been covering up a crush on his buxom peer?
-Jade: Aiden's baby sister, 8 years old. Unlike most siblings, she and Aiden are close and genuinely get along, but Jade wishes her brother had a girlfriend she could enjoy girl time with. She is a confidant who knows many of Aiden's secrets and seems very intent on playing matchmaker with Freya and her big brother. She goes to the same elementary school as Tanner, but they are in different classes and go to recess at different times, so they have not properly met before, just seen each other in the halls and at school assemblies.
-Mr. Jackson: Aiden and Jade's father. He seems oddly okay with Freya being embarrassed and exposed around him. Evidently he is a daycare worker and the wealthy owner of a children's fashion line, so he is used to seeing kids nude. His nonchalance about her bare breasts only makes it more embarrassing for Freya to be nude around him.
-Ms. Beavis: Freya's elderly neighbor and another patient at the clinic. She is quick to shower adorable little Freya with affection and cares little for her state of undress. She's at the hospital for a simple checkup.
-Miss Candy: Freya's bubbly homeroom teacher. She's very amused to find Freya nude at the same hospital she's getting her breast exam at.

This is directly based on my own childhood. While this situation did not happen to me, it is based on circumstances and facts in my life which mean it very well could have. Freya is not a fictionalized version of myself, though some of the aspects of her or events in her life are very much based around my own experiences and past traits. I am merely writing a story of fiction using things in my past to inform my ideas for it.

The idea is a simple one. The same precocious puberty and early blooming breasts I experienced at Freya's age, used for body shaming and humiliation in similar ways which I went through with my clothes on as a little girl. Freya will be deprived of clothing during her stay at the hospital from a mixture of genuine clerical error and deliberate manipulation from certain parties, exposed to strangers and those familiar to her in intimately vulnerable ways. There will also be young CMNF romance which I hope to depicted well. Boys at that age may not understand the fact they have crushes but that does not mean they do not have their crushes and could act on the feelings they do not understand after all.
