In one story I wrote, "Naked In The Principal's Office," Nick is prescribed a 'Penis Cream' by one of the nurses. This is after she discovers excessive redness/irritation in his genital area caused by using his Mom's foot massager as a masturbation device.

Mom enjoyed the cream application more than her son did.
