An American movie would have absolutely used implied nudity instead of showing us full frontal. Not that I'm complaining, but I wonder what compels the directors in other countries to prove that the actor actually got naked rather than just expecting the audience to suspend disbelief.

I assume it’s the character who was 13. Do you know how old the actor was? If he was also 13, this must have been rather embarrassing. Maybe the water was a bit cold!
