Le Surdoué (The Gifted), a 1997 television movie with Laura Martel. If I remember, she was nude (and much younger) in the 1990 film Mimi.

Ratcatcher 1999 - This won awards but had problems in the USA due to this scene. A teenage girl stripping in front of her young neighbor. He also bathes her and she's also seen peeing in fro0nt of him.

There's an overlap of other scene in between here as well

I believe this is referring to Mima (1991), featuring her bathing and having her hair washed by an older woman. At 43 minutes.

For Laura Martel, OP may be thinking of "Le manège de Pauline (1991)" or "Ce que savait Maisie (1993)"
