Who would know, Oriental adult males often have a small penis so a young boy would even have a smaller one so if erect, most would not be large enough for the girls to notice, another good reason to have the males nude.

Interesting scene, reminded me of another I had seen.

It had a teenage boy sleeping nude, and his mother comes to wake him up, and seeing him naked, laughs looking at his penis. Then she wakes him up by slapping his butt.
I don't remember whether the boy was embarassed or not.
