I love it that the dads/husbands were in on the plan all along.

Yeah, they had it all planned out with Mitch from the beginning. I imagine they found the houses, got the mortgages set up, and encouraged their wives to go to the Grandview mall for the clothes sales.
I also imagine it's a buyers market on Grandview as those that don't like the new law flee the city.

Will Sydney remain nude because of her infractions until her 10th birthday--and then afterwards until she's 18?

Personally I always thought of the infractions being rescinded after a day or two. Usually all at once, not going down one level at a time. I feel like a male refusing to take away infractions after a female has learned her lesson would fall under the abuse part of the law. And it's not like it's hard for a girl to earn new infractions.

Regarding the happy end, I feel that it came as a surprise to me at first. I mean, moving is not something you do just loke that usually. But the revelation about the dads being in on it and the fact that it had been the plan all along, made it believable.

Yeah, I wondered how believable it would come off. I guess I imagine that they were always moving whether the moms signed the paperwork or not. The dads had everything already set up, and probably signed their own paperwork. This was probably just more of a formality. I should have added a line in there about Mrs Hunter and Mrs Parker being too stunned to think about refusing to sign when Mitch told them to. Oh well, I think it still comes across well.

That's a good thing because at Level 4 the female's wrists are secured behind their backs and that means the females cannot use their hands. That can be gross during potty breaks. Feeding and watering the women is going to get old for the boys really fast. It's going to be hard to get rested when sleeping. Older women will experience circulation issues and their arms may become numb overnight.

Every solution creates new problems.

Absolutely phenomenal final chapter.

Some things like the women beginning to be more compliant in one day; without the use of mind-control or some other other fantastical device can be forgiven since this was to be a short story.

I don't know the rest of the story--so going compliant in one day may not have been a long journey. Here's a clue:

Chapter 1
"Mom, can't I just go take one itsy bitsy, teeny weeny, quick little peek at Mitch in the shower??" Young, 13-year-old, Hana Hunter, whined, having just taken her own shower for their upcoming trip to the mall in the next town over.

"Hana, we've been over this." Her mom shook her head no.

"But mom, it's not fair!" Hana, with short, shoulder-length red hair, gave a stomp of her foot. "He saw me naked last week!"

"Hana, that was your own fault!" Her mom said back, not taking any gruff from her teenage daughter. "You're the one that came out here in just a skimpy towel, practically flaunting yourself in front of your own brother!"

"But I wanted pizza!" she whined. Her older brother, Mitch, had ordered pizza for the two of them last weekend, while the girl had showered. Hana had rushed out of the bathroom quickly in just a towel as soon as she heard the doorbell. Her brother had already paid for the pizza and had it inside before she got there. As she had grabbed her first slice and taken her first bite, holding it with both hands since it was so hot and fresh, and the cheese was so drippy, her towel had slipped down her young body. Her 15-year-old brother had seen her naked from head to toe, a totally mortifying experience for the still developing younger girl. Worse, her hands had been completely occupied with holding her slice of hot pizza, and so it took her what felt like forever to set down the slice, not wanting to burn herself, and get herself covered back up decently with the towel, leaving her brother plenty of time to take in the sight of her fully naked body. Her brother had snickered at her misfortune the entire time, too.

"Hana, enough!" Her mom declared. Hana knew when her mom used that tone of voice that the conversation was over. "Is this what you're wearing to the mall today?"

"Yes. What's wrong with it?" Hana asked, looking down at her outfit. It was a fairly typical outfit for her. Blue jeans with holes, and a t-shirt with a zippered hoodie on top. Hana had never liked dressing very girly.

"It'll be fine, I guess…" her mom gave her a contemplative look....

Hana placed her pizza slice down before picking up her towel and got herself covered back up decently. A flash bothered Hana little.

Then there was Melody--the major issue Melody had was her sister Sydney's teasing.

Sarah Parker and Lucy Hunter seem to have "been there before"--they didn't act as if it was their first rodeo, their first NAKED rodeo. There's a prequel lurking in there. Were the Parkers and Hunters swingers? Their "shame" was that their sons saw them naked, not so much that the two mothers were naked. A dirty mind can speculate that the two women lived as home nudists, possibly submissive, until they became mothers of children old enough to realize that "skin is sin" according to the outside world.

I speculated that this story stopped because the women were adjusting to their own nudity and the ENF factor was vanishing. Imagine that Sarah and Lucy now have new jobs at the local gym--a gym would be necessary so that women looked good naked. The reason for jobs is two-fold--the gym will need at least part-time help keeping the place clean and some sort of reception would be normal. A number of women in the story were naked "for infractions," but were they also naked when not being punished for any reasons? So much potential but when the ENF factor has vanished, non-embarrassed nudity just doesn't fit this site.

Too bad. There's potential for fun, but when the women regard nudity as normal and are no longer embarrassed, the story doesn't fit this site.

UNLESS Sara and Lucy have relatives or friends that visit Grandview...

Perhaps the author is tired of Mel and Mitch--they've been the focus of his labors for more than a year and we readers have been nudging him for more. I'm guessing superevil7 wants a change. It was a fun ride while it lasted.

I had planned on this story being a sequel or follow up the The New Rules for when that story is finished. I wrote the first two chapters years before I ever posted them. I only decided to post this when I thought I was going to stop writing (for personal reasons), as I didn't want this to be left unseen forever.

I don't know if this is going to be the canonical way things end up going in Grandview, but it makes for one possible fun future.

I'm not normally a huge fan of alternative universe settings but I enjoyed this one, I think because of the gradual escalation of the infractions which introduced a nice tension and slow build. Especially regarding the two MILFs. I would have liked a little more reaction to the two mothers from onlookers in the mall to add to their humiliation, since it was unusual for fully grown women to be foolish enough to fall foul of the rules.

If there was ever a follow up, it would be good to see visitors from their old life which would reintroduce the embarrassment they may have been getting over with the passing of time. And who knows, any female visitors might also not fully grasp the implications of themselves gaining infractions

Debbifan, some of the visitors would be subject to mandatory nudity due to age--without committing infractions. Perhaps you could write something similar with superevil7's permission. Don't use the same characters--just have some out-of-town visitors show up to visit a family living in Grandview. Lots of questions--are the visitors all female? If there are males, how old are they? If the males are under ten, will the police regard that boy as competent to supervise?

I agree, especially if the visitors from the old neighborhood were friends of the moms and dads. The moms being humiliated seems more intense than the kids. Still potential for a sequel or spinoff.

Finally caught up on this story! It was wonderful! The system they have here is very interesting, I really enjoyed the parade as well as the dancing at the arcade. The drive by the schools was also really interesting. I can only imagine what school life is like there. I really loved how it ended too! No hope of going back to the old life! Great story!
