I wish I could’ve had things like that in my life. Instead, I got shuffled off to having to change by myself because the school couldn’t legally expel me for being (at the time) gay, but they could certainly punish me for it by not letting me change with the other guys at all. It almost made me regret being out at all, especially as it was only the teachers that had an issue with it, not my classmates.

Second, I have a question. And this comes from a place of curiosity, not judgment, so I hope you'll take it in that way. My question is about CFNM /ENM. I'm curious what it is about CFNM / ENM that's appealing to gay men (and, obviously, I realize it would vary from person to person; I'm not asking you to speak on behalf of all gay men everywyere). As a straight man, I get excited about the power imbalance and that there are women who I find attractive in positions of authority as I'm exposed. I'm not interested in CMNM because there's nothing particularly exciting for me about being exposed in front of other men. So I'm curious what it is about it that a gay man finds exciting. Again, I'm just curious about the perspective, if you're interested in sharing.

It’s OK; it was years ago now, and my friends and I agreed a plan whereby we’d simply post photos of what the others would’ve gotten to see in our groupchat (taken separately at our respective houses owing to the aforementioned no-phones-at-school policy) anyway (and I’d usually get to see them in person when we were in each other’s houses as well). It helped that I knew some of them were also gay; they just weren’t out about it at school like I was. The only sense in which I’ve never not been public about such things is that I couldn’t specify what my sexuality actually is until I myself knew what it is!

Being a pansexual man now (It was in fact my interest in all combinations of stories on sites like this that made me realise I wasn’t just gay!), I definitely cannot speak on behalf of gay men, but the allure for me derives more from my being an exhibitionist and interested in seeing other people naked generally as well as other people seeing me naked.

I use the stories to give myself ideas and imagine myself in those situations. That’s why my favourite stories are ones where the power balance and nudity switches back and forth between the genders, as with CoL's Compromising Situation, as well as games like SDS' Dare Dice series (indeed, his signing his repost of the newest entry elsewhere with his tag from here rather than that site was what brought me here in the first place!) as they allow both for me imagining myself in those positions, but also tell their stories so visually that I have had multiple instances of me dreaming the stories with me in them!

(Sorry if that went a bit off-topic; asking an autistic person to write long answers to even-slightly-vague questions will pretty much always lead to rambling answers.)

But to quickly answer your question on why a gay guy would be interested in CFNM, it's the only straight porn we can watch where the only people naked are the people we are interested in. Also, I think a lot of us are inserting ourselves in the place of the clothed females. Last reason I can think of is that society tends to tell us that there is a hierarchy with straight men at the top, with gay men and all women at the bottom, and there is something empowering to see fellow bottom rung people being able to dominate the people who are supposed to be at the top.

Fascinating. My question would be, what is it that makes a gay person feel the need to look at straight porn in the first place? In a world where porn comes in every shape and size, why not just focus on what you really want to see, as opposed to "making due" with "straight" porn featuring nude men? Again, I ask with complete senserity and curiosity.

This acually answers a TON of questions for me, not just about the gay perspective, but the female perspective as well. Although I don't know how many women are actually interested in CFNM. (I'm stating that as a fact. I simply don't know.) The women I know, I doubt they'd be interested in it, but I guess you never know what goes on inside a person's mind.

I'll be thinking about this a lot. It's actually very hot, and I never thought of it like that before: "There is something empowering to see fellow bottom rung people being able to dominate the people who are supposed to be at the top." That kind of flips a lot of my male insecurities on it's head, actually.
