Some sort of conclusion that explores Matt's situation socially in school would be appropriate. After all, many students not only saw his erect penis and a very ill-timed emission. The lockerroom atmosphere in and of itself would be informative.

Maybe a ‘Repercussions’, chapter would tie up loose ends. I’ll think on it.
