I'm trying to figure out what is going on in the "Terri" scene. I looked up the plot, so I know the larger guy is a misfit teen who is teased in school about his weight.
Why does the other teen take off his pants and then (appears) to urinate on them, then lowers his underpants & flashes the woman present?

Terri is the big guy and Chad is small for his age, but all three are in the same grade and all misfits for different reasons. This is Terri's basement where he lives with his grandfather. In essence Chad performs a dare; to pee his pants, but he gets tricky by taking them off first. He then insists Heather owes him a dare and insists "suck my cock!"

I believe I saw the film it was from and it was just an isolated momentary flashback to the childhood of the film's principle character. But I forgot to document the source and now have forgotten the film. But my memory is vague. All this could be wrong! I had high hopes someone would recognize this. Fingers crossed.
