Apparently it can get pretty humiliating. Which would be the worst for you? For me, I think it would have been the skipping around the room repeatedly. I will share, and I haven't written it yet so it could go differently, but I imagine that she is just aching to touch it, but despite her bravado on the outside, she's a little shy about it and she doesn't know how to ask him.
