It's odd isn't it, since that suggests an element of human involvement as opposed to being purely a bot operation. In which case, one would have thought he / she would recognise the contempt in which they are held by board members and give up ?

Sorry everyone, I guess Google decided to migrate the reCAPCHA function and for some reason it had to be done manually, but hopefully it's done now.

Not necessarily, they could just have the bot grab the username of a member and modifying it before signing up, a lot of these scammers work on the margins, it costs nothing to try a 100 times if they can scam even one person.

Hopefully it works. I’m tired of deleting over 1000 messages


Apparently it didn’t work

The latest spamming is using Darky as the username and even gets the signature block for Darky.
