Propably village mindset, they are not aware of humilating or what the guy goes though when naked in front of all. According to them, it is nothing like child trauma but just a child crying for pointless thing. The above is a Society gone mad situation particually in village. Just because some young boys do not have sense of embarassement, they project that same ideas on guy who is shy.

Not child, boys specifically.
They believe young boys shouldn't be shy, to the extent they will consider a boy standing nude in front of every girl he knows "routine".
While some boys are okay with this, the ones who are innately more modest like the boy in the video unfortunately have to suffer through it.
And recording it is also common, especially to tease the boy later, so the shame gets extended. I don't know when Nabpa's incident happened, but I'm sure someone was trying to record it if cameras existed.

In this country, many young boys bathe naked in front of girls, and the girls find it very enjoyable.

Event 2: she didn't leave when she saw me bathing. I shouted at her to leave but her words were this "what is so big deal in this? My own younger brother baths naked everyday infront of me. At the end, my own mother also didn't kind when she was not leaving since her work needs to be done in time.
It is a mystery honestly if women enjoy this or not even now. I don't know why they do it but they make it sound like it is not a big deal but then why do they even force their thoughts on us? I mean even if it is not a big deal, then why even humilate if the boy don't like it?
Seems like it really is hard to understand women. I never felt they enjoyed seeing me naked but they enjoyed seeing me humilated. They both are different. If a boy is naked without any humilation, i rarely see women finding it funny. But if a boy is shy, that is when they give comments like "what is so big deal? Or are u a girl to feel shy?"
I watched the entire video. In the beginning, Nabpa is fully clothed & lying on a mat, seemingly not wanting to get up. After the various women prod him for awhile, they then begin taking off his clothes. What I'm wondering is if this was a result of him resisting taking a bath? Certainly, there are other male children gathered in the circle who are close to or same age as Nabpa, and they are not being similarly humiliated.
It also struck me that after awhile, he seems to not even care if he is naked in front of the villagers. He just cries as the women dump water over him, like he has just given up.

What to clarify two things.
1. That is not me in that video nor i posted it here.

It is not always that boys are bathed entirely naked. I too had this event but i was dressed. They did take photos but i was fully dressed and there were no photos of me whilr bathing. What you saw in the video is extreme case of event where boy is humilated. Mine was decent but i was humilated on other days for a completely different reason. My ceremony was just normal and i am atleast glad about it after seeing this boy in that youtube video.
And you are right. It feels he completely gave up and mainly at the end when they covered him, he was just laying there without any movement. Poor kid.
Great linked story of Sushilb visiting India & being subjected to bathing expectations for young males there.
What I found most interesting was when the young female cousin's daughters show up, all age 12 or under. Sushilb is then being bathed out in the open & they see him totally naked for probably an extended time frame. They had been very impressed & expressed admiration for their "American relative" when they arrived. Sushilb is surprised when after seeing him naked this does not change. His prior nudity in front of them has no effect on their respect for him.
Also, when the other younger female cousin goes from being playmate to caretaker as Sushilp's clothes are removed when she bathes him.
