My brother is a year younger than me, and there was a major contrast in how we each looked.
It wasn't a fat vs fit, like HBB presents on the post above this one, but a contrast of big vs skinny.

I was the skinny high school kid. At five foot eight I weighed less than 100 pounds until Senior year.
My "Little" brother was six foot one and he was fit enough to get a position on the school's (American) Football Team, as a Tight-End.

Not only was my brother taller, he was faster, stronger, and had a face the girls swooned over and called cute...and he had blond hair
where I had dark brown!

Fortunately, when it came to clothes off...we were both basically the same in a certain area, though no girl ever got to compare the two of us together. That would have been weird.
