It had been a long time since Lia had responded to one of her father’s orders like that; Steve couldn’t remember the last time.

What if Bruce has a summer internship at Steve's office as a campaign volunteer? Then there is Claire and her little political action group. Carol coming up, too. So many crossroads! This is a roller coaster ride with multiple seemingly-random options--will it be a loop, a corkscrew, or will the roller coaster invert for a while?

Excellent chapter! I love the way you had Lia beg everyone to be allowed to cum. It's interesting how you're portraying her starting to slowly accept her reluctant exhibitionist side, having to think about her previous exposures in order to get off. Stripping Carol of Lia's bikini was no mistake--Lia's action was deliberate act. I'd suggest that Lia state that after Carol has gotten revenge, Lia will apologize in order to avoid appearing to attempt appeasing Carol--the apology will be after whatever Carol is doing and in addition to whatever retribution Carol dishes out. Lia was inflicting humiliation on purpose so that Carol would appreciate how Lia felt and so that Lia could regain some illusion of agency--though I doubt Lia can express it in those words.

The "if" won't just apply to deliberate mischief. Stacey's manipulation of Lia--sneaking out at night despite Lia's grounding--was misbehavior but Lia didn't trust her parents to help Lia get out from under Stacey's heel without losing status in the eyes of Lia's peers--and Lia's sense of self-worth. Lia was responsible for her actions, but those actions wouldn't have happened without Stacey's help and Diana's and Steve's inability to communicate. Lia is responsible for her own actions and inactions and Lia's parents are responsible for parenting. There's enough blame to go around.

Trevor's actions could have been construed as tormenting Lia just for the joy of humiliating his sister. There was some of that--but the twin goals of behavior modification and "meeting Lia's need for approval" but stripping Lia and forcing her to masturbate and the other activities are definitely "unfair." On the other hand, the exhibitionist tendency may be hereditary--the story of Aunt Laural is intriguing. Did Aunt Laural take up stripping or was she just a party girl? Did Aunt Laural become a porn star or just pose for "dirty pictures?" Why? Did Diana get lucky and find a guy she liked but Laura never did?

"If" is a big word. What "if" Lia finds out that she likes being naked in front of other people--but the only "if" is that Lia has control over when she is naked, where, and in front of who? Lia hasn't quite reached the age when she can work at a strip club and she's not legal to pose au natural for publication.

An obscure law in this universe made public nudity legal: "Public nudity was allowed, but there was a social stigma around it. At one point in the past, it was used more widely to punish adulterers and women of ill repute, as the law actually put it. This meant that most of the people who suffered nudity punishments were women, even when the practice evolved to mostly family settings, but it was only ever used on a couple of girls, nothing on Lia’s level, just standing at an open window; this was the only known use of it in a semi-public way." (from Part 8)

Lia is too young to perform at strip clubs to scratch her itch--in Part 1, Lia was dancing drunk and topless at a frat house party. She was almost there! However, as a punishment, Lia can be naked in public. In our world, Community Service is used as punishment for bad behavior, sometimes as part of a sentence for felonies. "Public nudity was allowed."

Taking agency back for her nudity means that Lia will have to be naked when her parents do not require nudity. Why not run a nude car wash? Should the proceeds go to Steve's bid for DA? Or is there another non-profit? Lia's cheerleaders are one possibility. Like a stripper, Lia can get paid for being legally naked in public, and she choose to be naked. Might as well be a full-time nudist that summer. Getting a few dollars put to a cause that Lia can get behind can start a trend.

I think her mom is just trying to give her a false hope, that she will get her clothes back before school starts.

There are a lot of good ideas in here too! I like the idea of a naked car wash fundraising naked is a great idea!

I don't want to give too much away but I do have long term plans for Lia and her lack of clothes, plans the do indeed extend beyond the summer
