I believe it gives us a good idea when it shows the “dangling seal”.
He’s probably about 2 1/2 to 3 inches soft, maybe even smaller.
When we see him from behind, neither his penis nor his balls hang low enough to be seen through his thigh gap.

It’s WEIRD and really dark.
So far, no more of this kind of scene, so I’m not sure where the ‘fur seal’ comparison starts.

It's dark cos Higurashi When They Cry started as a series of murder-mystery games.

So the initial manga and anime adaptations of it were basically adaptations of all the possible game endings, and thus were full of the characters killing each other in horrible ways and being secret (or not so secret) psychopaths. I think the premise is the village where they live is cursed or something.

Higurashi REI, which that scene is from, was made later using the same characters. I think it's a little bit lighter tonally than the original anime, but it's evidently still really dark.
