Is it weird as an adult for your sister and mother to see you naked like changing or coming out of the shower? I don’t think it is but any opinions? It’s not sexual at all. But is it weird them knowing what your junk looks like?

For some families it's perfectly normal for them.
There was a time when the typical family home had only one bathroom.
I've also seen French movies where every member of the family crowds into the bathroom in the morning to get their stuff done.

It's also normal for this to NEVER happen once the kids are older than twelve.

It's not weird for either situation. Just the way of the world.

I was nearly out of High School when a sister came along, so never had to deal with sister/bathroom issues.
I did have to battle for bathroom time with two brothers.

Sister is an adult too and I don’t care if it happens here or there. But it’s not intentional.

For some families, no one is ever seen by others when they are undressed.

For others, nudity for both males and females is normal while others it may be just one gender who goes nude.

For my family, it was only the males who were nude. When we as boys were naked, our dad and uncles were also naked since we felt adults should set an example for the kids. My sibling and I still practice this (it is now known as CFNM) and to this day, I have never seen my sisters less than fully dressed although they have seen me naked thousands of times.

No, it's just a question of custom. There were times when many people slept in one room, all of them being nude. Even today, there are some nudist communities where everybody gets to see everybody in their natural state all the day. It seems that nudity becomes really asexual if you see nude people all the day.

By the way, there even exists a German mainstream comedy film ("Barfuß bis zum Hals") about a nudist camp you see many nude people (without any blurring) there. Here is a Wikipedia entry about it:
