This occured when I was 14 and on a short road trip to a nearby waterfall with my mom, aunt and her son(my cousin) who was aged 15.
It was a popular spot so there were a lot of people in the water. We all got into the water, with both of us wearing swimming trunks under our pants for it.
Anyways after some time we heard a commotion and saw a boy, about the same age as usual, running around naked with his hands cupping his manhood as what I presume werr his parents tossed his swimsuit around. They eventually ended up throwing it high up onto a rock, basically forcing him to stay naked.
Well this whole scene inspired my mother, who pantsed my cousin, snatching up his swim shorts from around his ankles and pinching his butt.
Other than the obvious embarassment of being stripped naked, the poor guy's soldier began standing to attention at the butt pinch
Anyways the shorts were kept away from him for a few minutes (while the other people around all also saw him naked) before finally giving them back.
