This happened when I was about 15, when my family went to a nearby campsite to celebrate a reunion with some extended family. Between us, my uncles, aunts, cousins, etc. there were about 15-20 people there for the weekend which was a pleasant time. The only people close to my age were little cousins: a 14 year old girl and 12 year old boy. We didn't have much else to do so we mainly played games, and since I was the oldest I liked to tease them just to annoy them.

Annoying them seemed to be a bad idea though, since after a large communal dinner at the end of the second day we all decided to take a large family picture together. Both my cousins stood next to me and were being bratty, so I told them to shut up which made them pouty, but quiet. The person holding the camera started counting down for everyone to smile, and after he said 1, my boy cousin decided to get his revenge, so he reached down and yanked my shorts to my ankles. I didn't react fast enough and the camera flash went off with my shorts down and my baby blue briefs on full display in the photo.

Everyone near me thought it was hilarious and started laughing at me. I bent down to pull my shorts up, embarrassed, when he decided to take it a step further. Apparently pantsing me to my briefs wasn't enough, so while everyone was looking he yanked my briefs down too. My little penis flopped out and my girl cousin screamed in surprise at the sight of it. Another wave of gasps and laughter rippled through my family as I scrambled to pull my underwear and shorts back up. I remember my girl cousin start to giggle at me while the boy cousin cackle at my completely exposed butt and penis. I think one of my aunts gave me a small smack on my bare butt before I pulled my pants back up and ran off to our tent to mope away from my taunting family.

The rest of the weekend I got teased by just about everyone there, but especially from my cousins. Apparently that was the first time she ever saw a penis in real life, so she kept teasing me about my size and how everyone saw it. Unfortunately.... since we left the next day and that was the first photo taken, it was the only one with me in it. And since my parents wanted a full family gathering photo, they decided to get that one printed and saved in an old photo album. I have no clue where the picture is now but I hope it never sees the light of day.

Not sure if you were a late bloomer as far as puberty goes, but at 15, you should have been well into puberty.
Your 14 year old female cousin may have been impressed, under different circumstances

You should ask your parents about it, they might still have it

I was a very very late bloomer, I didnt go full swing into puberty until late 16. And to be honest even now I’m not impressing anyone, if you know what I’m saying. Needless to say she was not impressed, and she still teases me about it to this day.

For a long time I hoped that I would develop fully down there and get pantsed again in front of her so she would see me and not think I have a small penis. Unfortunately it never got much larger, and she’s pantsed me a few times since then to try and get another look. Still not impressed haha…

The fact you were wearing briefs was the icing on the cake for me. Did they also tease you about your underwear? Or was this a time when it was still common for boys to wear them?
If that had happened to me at your age, there’s no way it would have gone unnoticed / uncommented that I wasn’t in boxers

Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed, although it’s still pretty mortifying to think about. For 15-year-old me I pretty much thought it was the end of the world…

Yes, on top of the teasing about my size they definitely made fun of me for my briefs. I vaguely remeber her saying something along the lines of “I didn’t know boys your age still wore tighty-whities” in a mocking tone and my other cousin taunting me that he didn’t even still wear briefs.

Still now, I only wear briefs since I find boxers very uncomfortable. For a long time afterwards they both teased me about my briefs in addition to everything else. Often they would ask if I still wore them, and when I didn’t answer they would try and pants me later that evening (sometimes successfully, sometimes not). It’s at the point where it’s gone past just immediate family and sometimes close friends will try to pants me to see of I’m wearing briefs or not.
