Just another quick fear of mine.

In college I dated a medical student for a while, and then we had a bad breakup. My fear was that I'd have to go to the hospital for something, and she would be assigned to me, and that she'd make me get completely naked and then she would humiliate me in front of some other female med students and nursing students. I was actually really nervous about that. I remember hoping to never have to go to the hospital. And one time I did have to go to the clinic on campus, and I was imagining the whole thing that I'd go back to the exam room, and it would be my ex, and she would see me and her eyes would light up with possibilities to humiliate me. I don't even live in the same city anymore, and it still makes me a little nervous.

I was thinking of writing this up into an ENM story, but I am struggling with ideas for what she does to me/makes me do during the exam. If anyone has suggestions, feel free to suggest.

Sounds like a good premise, some ideas -

* She instructs you to undress and doesn't give you a hospital gown so you have to go through the whole exam without any covering. If you ask about it she says they're all in the wash. Or maybe she gives you a small sized one that isn't big enough to cover you. She doesn't start until you're naked, and only then does she begin with asking you questions about your medical history and lifestyle, which you could have easily answered while clothed.
* She leaves the door open when performing the exam so everyone walking by, patient and doctor alike see you.
* She has you do the weighing/height measurements in the hallway and doesn't let you get dressed, since that will offset the measurements.
* She makes up parts of the exam to make it more humiliating for you, especially when you're naked, like a balance test, or exercises to get your heart rate up
* She straps you down to a bed on wheels, covers you with a blanket, then rolls you out to the waiting room, then takes the blanket and leaves you there, naked unable to cover.
* She makes an appointment for you for a pelvic ultrasound or something that will be exposing, even if you don't need it.
* She makes up a "skin check" part of the exam where at the end she photographs you fully naked from every angle, under the guise of so she has something to compare with next visit. But really it's just going into her personal phone, and maybe into the medical files that the secretary sees.
* She invites in other doctors and nurses to get their opinion on something that's actually totally normal around your genitals, but it's just an excuse to bring their attention to that area and humiliate you.
* She leads you to another exam room, leaving your clothes behind, and makes up an excuse to leave so she can take and hide/destroy your clothes. Then she simply leaves without telling you anything, leaving you waiting with nothing. Another patient+nurse (the nurse is in on it) goes into the exam room to use it, thinking it's empty, and find you there, and insist you have to leave. Forcing you to try to find clothes, and eventually go to the front desk, visible to the entire waiting room, and talk to the girls there to try to get something to cover with.

Wow. These are some great ideas. It makes me excited to start writing.
