Can I publish a story that is not in English?

English isn't my native language and I don't speak it fluently. Is it okay if I post in another language?

You can. Alternatively you can write a story in your native language and then use a translator to switch it into English (running a brief proofreading before posting). Other people have done this before and it's usually fairly successful outside of a handful of odd context moments in the stories (one of which being some translators swapping "he" and "she" at confusing times).
