This didn't happen to me, but a close friend of mine (then 14F), it was back when I was around 15.
Basically what happened was, We went to a pond/lake thing with our families and some more. i don't know what exactly it is called, it was a hole on the earth with water in it, very shallow and rocky. Also too much algae. Also, we were wearing a shirt and pants, no specialized swim gear
There were only a few spots where it was deep enough you could actually swim, she wanted to swim so she went there, I was also there doing a few maybe 2 meter laps cuz that's how little swimming space we had. Anyways, she came to that area and started swimming and I meanwhile sat on a rock on shore and watched the water.
While she was swimming, I think her pant got stuck on a rock or smth cuz it came down to her butt and her butt was entirely visible (no underwear because she didnt bring extra and didnt want to stay the rest of the day without them).
