I know this has been asked before but I am curious to see if there will be new stories or added contest


Has anyone been in/ seen a situation where somebody (usually a parent) forces another to strip down usually to change or shower on the beach or pool

Does anyone know the reaction of the person? Who saw? Just tell the full story

Unfortunately for me I was that kid all the way upto age 12. Not sure if it was a good thing or bad thing to be honest but I looked younger then I was especially naked. Every beach trip I had to change before going home. Mom did not want me to get sand in the car or wear my bathing suit in the car. It was fairly routine if the beach had a shower we went there if not we did it where we were sitting. If there was a shower I had be sure to rinse off all the sand. Then I had to dry myself from head to toe. Once I was dry mom usually held out my underwear I stepped in. Then she would hand me my shorts the. A shirt. I put on my sandals and we left. I was a super shy kid so it was not fun but I survived.

I can laugh about it now but it sure was humiliating at the time to be seen naked by even my best Buddie's Mom & sister.

Looking back on it now, I could have avoided full nudity by just putting the swimsuit on over my underpants. But my Mom had always conditioned us to just wear the swimsuit alone. What really prolonged my naked exposure was the stubborn knot in the drawstring which I should have attended to before stripping down. Not to mention my Dad's loud impatience drawing even more attention to my naked state.

According to camp lore, until sometime in the early 1960s, swimsuits were not worn at the lake during weekdays. Swimming attire in that era was considered unnecessary in a presumably all-male environment. Swimsuits were worn only on weekends when the camp was open to visitors.

The rule was eventually changed due to some embarrassing incidents occurring on weekdays involving unannounced visits by mothers & daughters. One can just imagine the reaction of, say a 14-year-old boy swimming naked in the lake....& here comes Mom & sister strolling by the waterfront, then taking seats on the bleachers to observe her son & the other Scouts swimming laps. The Mom, of course, sees nothing wrong with her & daughter being there as the boys eventually have to emerge from the water as the Swimming Slot ended. In that time this would have been a prevalent attitude regarding male nudity up through the teenage years.

Already posted this twice but it certainly fits here. This happened in the 00s.

I have memories of two incidents where my mom pressured me to take off my swimming trunks, I was 10 or maybe even 11 when this happened.

So, the first time was when me and my sister (2 years younger) were out in our backyard, swimming in an above-ground pool we had at the time. After having gotten out, my mom told me to take off my swimming trunks to dry off completely. I refused, but she insisted, saying "No one will see you here", and I did it.

Now, the second time, we were out on a pier of sorts. Only me, my sister, mom, and one of our mom's childhood friends and her son. My mom's childhood friend almost had an aunt-like relationship to us. Anyway, my mom made me take off my clothes out in the open, she didn't hand me any towel or anything. I remember feeling kinda bashful about it, reluctantly undressing in front of her friend. And I remember her looking at my boy bits for the short while I was stark naked. Her son was a bit more shy, grabbing a towel and going off a bit to the side.

I can't remember my mom ever doing this to my sister, but then again, I remember her being way less shy than I was. It's likely she just took off her bikini whenever suitable, in the first incident she may have even reclined stark naked in one of the garden chairs while it happened.

But it was not uncommon for me at all for until
I was 12/13… I didn’t really fully hit puberty until I was 14/15 and I didn’t have really much embarrassment at all about changing around my parents and older siblings until
it started to really sink just how embarrassingly “small” I was lol.

Until that age, that’s how I would usually change at the beach, water parks, public pools (though blocking myself half-assedly, usually with a towel or a car door). We had a pool in our yard so I would pretty often just drop my shorts and towel off by our front door or even just as soon as I walked out onto the deck, and then walk in shorts-less to get changed. When it was just my parents and siblings around I made absolute no attempt to hide anything. Even if we had cousins/people over I was pretty careless about covering up as long as I was being quick.

My brother liked to pants me a lot growing up, and even that would only embarrass me because of the bullying aspect of it when it happened just at home with only our immediate family around lol.

I don’t know how unusual it was, and it is very embarrassing to me now because of how small I am, but it was all very innocent at the time. My family would kind of find it amusing that I was so indifferent about it, and looking back how small I was and silly looking and infantile I appeared walking totally shameless probably played into that amusement lol. But I didn’t really think anything about it at the time. Looking back, probably the fact that I was always the youngest, played into it. And I was also a bedwetter late into my teens. So there a lack of privacy or caring about / expecting privacy was just kind of the norm for me among my family.

The story I shared in the post sticks out just because of the context and the fact that in my memory I was standing butt naked in the parking lot for quite a long time lol (not just the usual 30 second or so dropping my shorts and putting on a new pair of running inside) and around people who weren’t used to seeing me like that so up close
