Tell me your missed opportunities

By missed opportunities, I mean the times that you really wanted to pull someone's pants down (or even strip them) and you COULD have pulled their pants down (or maybe even stripped them), but you stopped yourself and now you kind of regret it.
I have a few.
The one that sticks out the most for me was at a scouting event. We were at a volunteer event, directing traffic. We had an RV that was being used as a defacto office for us. I was hanging out in in with a few other guys. Earlier in the day one of the guys got pantsed. It was an amazing pantsing. He was wearing sweatpants, they went all the way to his ankles, he was so caught off guard that he stood there for a good five or six seconds, tighty whities on display. I wasn't the one who pantsed him, but I was lucky enough to see it. After that happened, another guy came in, wearing loose fitting basketball shorts and he was sagging just enough to know he was wearing loose fitting boxers as well. I could have totally gotten both his shorts and his boxers down to his ankles... and I was sitting in front of him, so I'd have gotten a clear view of his dick (god how I wish I had seen his dick, I kind of had a crush on him). Sadly, I was too afraid to do it.
Another missed opportunity, I did actually pants the guy. He was wearing really loose fitting boxers as well, I would have had enough time that I could have reached up and pulled them down as well as his pants, but I didn't even try.
The one I wish that I had done the most though, because I had a serious crush on the guy for the longest time, and I had an opportunity that I could have completely removed all his clothes from the waist down. He, and a few of my friends, were in my car. He had volunteered to get duct taped into his seat. He wanted to see how long it would take to get out. His hands were taped in such a way that there was no way that he could reach to stop me from undoing his belt and taking off his pants. God how I wanted to take off his pants. But, I was still in the closet, and I was afraid that my friends would think that by stripping him, it wasn't just "boys will be boys" hijinks, but that I was gay and actually wanted to see him naked (which, in fairness, I was gay and I did want to see him naked).

Had one when I was 14.
I was babysitting a girl (10) who was the daughter of my parent’s best friend.
We were in her room wrestling on her bed (innocently. Like, I was demonstrating fake wrestling moves on her, then letting her try them on me.
Being 14, the close contact made me get hard.

Never would I have had the nerve to attempt this on someone, even if I'd thought of it. However, I saw it happen twice.

First time was at a track meet at another school we were competing against. On the opposing team, one guy snuck up behind this tall blond-haired kid. The guy gave a forceful yank on his track pants, bringing them all the way down to his ankles. This was before the meet started so there were lots of people standing around or sitting on the nearby bleachers. Took the victim a moment to process what happened and reach down to pull up his shorts; his red bikini briefs revealed to all. Lots of families with girls saw this too. I remember he let out a few cuss words; the teammate who did it ran off quickly.

Second time was at a pool party when I was a high school senior. This was at someone's house with a pool in back. This guy with a kind of boxer style floral patterned swimsuit is starting to climb out of the pool. Two guys come up behind him in the pool and grab him and yank down the swimsuit. His penis and balls were on full display to several girls who happened to be on the pool deck. He's partially out of the water so the view is clear. The other guy still had his arms around the now nude victim. Took the guy several minutes to free himself and get his suit back up.

The exposed guy collected his towel and promptly left, missing out on the delicious barbecue the hosts had prepared for us. David and I felt kind of badly for him but relieved not to be the pantsed guy. I was wearing a board short type of swimsuit, and I quickly tightened the drawstring as a precaution.

This event was actually at the residence of one of my track teammate's parents. They were hosting this pool party for the team members, particularly those who were about to graduate. The victim was a cousin of one of the guys who was apparently visiting from somewhere, so he got invited along. I may have actually been indirectly responsible for his misfortune. He was a tall thin red headed guy a bit younger than us seniors. At some point I asked David if red headed guys had red pubes and this question was overheard by the eventual perpetrators.

The deed was also spurred on by the fact that the victim was wearing this kind of ridiculously loud floral print bathing suit which attracted attention. The guy who held him in a bear hug after the swimsuit came down was very strong, so it took a while for him to break free.

This was a potential pantsing where I wanted to be the victim.

I was in my early twenties. I was outdoors with the three kids (two boys and a girl of ages 11 through thirteen) of an older church friend. I went
with these kids to a small playground area near their house. We met up with another small group of kids of similar ages, and I had never met them
before. There are now six pre-teen/early teen kids and one young grownup.

It's summer, and the only thing I have on is shorts and shoes. All the other kids are in shorts and t-shirts. The boy in the other group of
kids has his shorts yanked down by one of the girls in his group. He has on briefs type underwear, and he quickly yanks the shorts up as
everyone laughs.

Now I am nervous it might happen to somebody else. Would one of these young kids, who are strangers to me, come up behind me to pull
down my shorts? I actually wasn't wearing any underwear, cause I rarely did. If I got pantsed I'd be showing off everything...and I was hoping
somebody would do it to me. Imagine, hoping one of them would pull my shorts down, hoping to be an "Innocent" victim...but it didn't happen.
Probably it was because I was a stranger to the other group of kids, so none of them considered doing that to an adult they didn't know.

My co-worker, Jeremy, has jokingly (I hope) threatened to subject me to a pantsing. We wear scrubs, which are only fastened with a waistband drawstring. Sometimes if I receive a pair that is slightly too large for me, I have to tie it extra tight to avoid a potentially embarrassing malfunction.

If Jeremy notices this, he'll say something like, "Better watch it today, Nick, or your scrubs will be at your ankles, and everyone will see what type of underpants you're wearing."
