Didn't see it happen but there was a really embarrassing pantsing that took place when I was in high school. It started at the end of the school day when students were at their lockers preparing to go home. This stemmed from an argument over a girlfriend kind of thing.

Two guys came up behind the victim and immobilized his arms. Third guy forces his jeans and underpants down to his ankles. Same thing...can't kick when clothes are binding the legs. Another guy then steps on the pants and underwear and holds the clothing down on the floor with his foot so the guy can't try to pull them up. Shirt isn't long enough to cover anything, so his penis and balls are exposed to multiple students at their lockers and then a crowd forms. Victim makes the mistake of yelling which only draws further attention and observers.

From the story I heard this poor guy was exposed from the waist down for at least five minutes until his yelling attracted a teacher who intervened. Perhaps 20-30 students, male and female, saw his penis, including the teacher who finally broke it up and the victim could pull his pants and underwear back up.

The victim stayed out of school for a few days and there were some disciplinary repercussions for those involved. Story got around the next day at school.

He could have made it much easier on himself if he had just followed through on his obligation after losing the bet. In that situation at that age I would have been less embarrassed showing my penis voluntarily to girls rather than being forced-stripped.

IMO, voluntary exposure might be more embarrassing, because ultimately you're in control and doing it. Force-stripping would be more humiliating, and could wind up going much further than it otherwise would have but whatever happens it's out of your direct control for whatever that's worth to a person's ego.

I know the one time I was dared to show off and accepted, it didn't feel like a huge deal -- until my hands were starting to push down my briefs.

We’d had a bit of sex ed, and had talked A LOT about boys lol.
We had a vague idea and knew that during sex, the penis went IN the vagina, but that’s about it.
We just knew we were seeing his ‘privates’ and they were flopping around, and we liked it

Wow, I think this may be the first time I've heard of any real repercussions happening to someone for exposing someone at school.
