Most nudity in current anime is just T and A.
Even the full frontal nudity in 70’s, 80’s and 90’s anime is free of pubic hair and not allowed to depict arousal.
Hentai is another story, obviously, but I’d love if nudity in anime was still acceptable

A bit more context about the scene:
The boy in this part of the series is apparently a bit of a horn dog.
The boy’s speedo is apparently cursed, and if he doesn’t remove it by a certain time, he will lose all interest in girls.
The group of girls he’s with don’t want that, so the latter half of the episode revolves around them trying to get the speedo off of him.
At the last minute, they’re able to enlist the help of those brawny men to strip the boy of his cursed trunks.
I simply cannot get enough of the girls cute smiles as they see his dangling ‘fur seal’.
And then, his reaction is pure ENM bliss!
