This happened when I was 13, and there was some kind of issue with our plumbing but I needed a bath because I had to take a flight, so my mom sent me to a friend's house.
My closest friend's house would have been where I usually went, but they were out of town, so I was sent to the house of one my other friends who was still quite close but not spend-the-night close.

I proceeded to strip off the undies and bathe, but midway through with shampoo in my hair and face, I hear the door slowly swing open, much to my horror. Apparently, i hadn't locked it at all, infact going the wrong way and even un-latching the default mechanism which required someone to turn the handle.

Basically, it was a door with no kind of lock at that point. And with a very windy house, it proceeded to slowly swing open, which I'm sure his mom gleefully assisted , seeing me presented fully in the nude, unable to see anything.

I kind of just slapped my hands over my crotch and turned around ( I preferred she saw my butt to my front).

She proceeded to tell me to "not be shy" and that she was "like my mother" (which was patently untrue because she didn't even have a son, so she didn't even have experience seeing teenage dicks)

Regardless, she proceeded to turn on the water and "help me", basically washing my face and spraying water on my hands until I gave up and dropped my hands from my crotch.

She clearly giggled when my penis came into view and proceeded to "make sure I had bathed properly", which involve plenty of opportunities to move around my junk and pinch my butt with her fingers.
She did actually check the other parts too, so I suppose she wasn't lying, and she made me re-wash my underarms.

Anyways after the whole bathing thing she proceeded to dry me off with a towel, have me follow her around nude for a little while ( i suspect she did this just because she could) and then helped me get dressed.

It was weird because she had a perfecly legitimate reason to do everything she did, yet it was quite embarassing.
I believe she wanted the experience of having a son and what seeing him naked and bathing him would be like.

She never brought it up as anything special. One time there was a topic among the mother's about who had seen whose children naked, and she just said it casually that she had seen me naked, and didn't treat it as anything out of the ordinary.

P.S. The cold water made me embarassed because it shrunk my penis in front of her, but given the touching, it kind of evened out to neutral.

Yes, in fact I visited her house multiple times through the following years.

The girl knew her mom had seen me naked and lightly teased me for it, like just said "You got bathed by my mom, huh?" and I just replied "Yeah, so what? My mom washed your butt too last month." And that was the end of that.
(She had hurt her hand in the bathroom so my mom had to wash her butt to help her after she hurt herself)

I believe the mom gave her just childish teasing material about how she saw me naked and bathed me, as opposed to sharing any "juicy details" of how I looked.

It's possible you are correct. My "problem" is that at 13, it was impossible for me to Not be humiliated if a woman saw me in the nude.

I liked that the friend's mother took advantage of the fact that you were at her house and forced you to wash your hair, but that could only happen to a man who was showered by a woman. If it was a man who tried to wash a girl, he would be in big trouble.
