Story in the format of a private schools rules changes

I can remember vividly a story which was a term-by-term update of a schools rules as they got more liberal with nudity and then began to encourage nudity and punish modesty.

It was presented in a very normal "This is what the girls have been up to" update format that was really compelling and unlike anything I've read since

I cannot, for the life of me, find it any more and I fear it was lost when asstr was lost…
