First of all, I love your username. I assume you are inspired by the movie "The Lost Boys" about the teenage vampires and vampire fighters.
Or it could be the lost boys of the Peter Pan story.

I am one who does look to other people's stories to give me ideas for fiction. I will be reading your true story posts, and one or two might
get used as the basis for a fictionalized version. If so, I will give credit to you.
I have so much going on at the moment, so don't expect anything right away.

So though I did not mention I did take a shower with another boy when I was like 16 or 17. It was voluntary I forget why we did it but it was kinda fun

Other than that the closest to a shared shower was showering in a locker room at school or camping. I was super shy but I also was told by my mom that I was to shower after sports in middle school and high school. They were all open showers. at our school your parent could opt you out of showers but if they did not you were expected to take one.

12 and under I had to share the bathtub with 2 of my cousins when we were together to save water and money. It was kinda weird but again I was not givin a choice.

As far as urinal stories I am going to share a few peeing stories

Starting with urinal stories

1. I remember being a pants down to pee boy till 2nd grade. My teacher made my mom come in for a conference because she said that I was too old to do that.
2. In middle school a few times when I was peeing I got pantsed and occasionally kicked in the butt. Getting kicked in the butt made me sway and caused urine to splash one me.
3. I also remember I got teased in middle school for standing to close to the urinal at one point they teased me and asked if I was rubbing my dick on the urinal

On a side note the only word I was allowed to used 12 and under was pee tail. Def not a cool term.

1. Peering in the snow was kinda fun I think most boys have done that.
2. I remember being naked at a urinal a few times to pee.
3. I got in trouble for peeing in a communal shower
4. In addition to sharing the bathtub with my cousins we also shared the toilet to pee before bed.

I think that’s all my peeing and shared bath/shower stories

Yes a kid said something to the teacher. The teacher said I was too old to be doing that so she had mom come in and explained to her. Mom said it was just how I did it but she would talk to me. So it kinda ended.

So as far as trying on clothes that was mostly 12 and under. For shirts or other upper body it would be lift your arms and iff anything needed to come off it came off and then the put whatever on me. The. She would check it and repeat the process in reverse order. For pants I was just told to try them on. At that point I was expected to remove my pants or shorts and put on what I was give . Then she would check it an I’d change back. Obviously I never tried on underwear or a Speedo for sanitary reasons. For shoes she would again remove what I had on helped me put the new one on she checked the toe and I had to walk around to test it. socks also were not something I tried on but for sandals had to take socks off sometimes.

For changing in public there are a few common scenarios that happened

The worst was the beach. Normally I wore my speedo and a pair of shorts to get to the beach. The shorts came off and went in the beach bag and I went to swim and play. At the end I had remove the speedo dry thoroughly once I was deemed dry then mom usually held my underwear while I stepped in. Sometimes I was able to put on my own shorts and T-shirt and sometimes she helped

Second was sports mom hated me getting in the car after a practice or game in my uniform so it all came back off usually at the trunk or back door. I had body spray which I used then I got dressed again. The stuff I removed then went in a sports bag and in the trunk.

Third was similar to the top if I had clothing that was muddy or soaking wet I had to strip in either the mud room or garage. Then I had to go directly to the bathroom for a bath.

Forth was if I was picked up and either needed to change into nicer clothes or play clothes. This was usually done in the back seat sometimes while driving. Usually no nudity involved for this.

As far as discipline spanking was the primary method used and it was always bare. And the procedure was usually the same

As far as fun fantasy fiction is concerned, having these situations happen when they are age appropriate isn't that interesting.
When these changing in public situations happen to a boy of around nine years old there isn't much to entertain most readers.
Now if the same incidents occurred when the boy is 12, or even better 13 years old, then the interest in the story is increased ten fold.
A mom or aunt, or other figure in authority, treating a kid of junior high age the same as if he were much younger...that is a fun read.
This rarely happens in real life. It has to be fictionalized.
