Another popular embarrassment or way to inflict some mild pain. Not sure if this is still popular but I know there are many varieties the most popular growing up were the

Normal - Quick yank up the back
Dangling Wedgie - Pull up the back and hold to receiver has to stand on toes or does not touch the floor
Melvin - wedgie from the front
Jock lock - lock the underware on the receivers foot
Atomic wedgie - pull underwear over the head

The first 3 I received many times the other 2 I think were a legend don’t think i ever saw them completed successfully on me or anyone else.

Sometimes during the wedgie there was also a pantsing.

I have seen the Jock Lock wedgie.
This took place in a Fightplace wrestling video. That is all I'll say about that. Very effective and embarrassing if it can be accomplished.

I have received almost all of those wedgies, including the jock lock.
I’ve never had an atomic wedgie. I thought the atomic wedgie was something that only happened in cartoons like a flagpole wedgie, although I once saw a girl’s thong get pulled over her shoulder.

Ugh. I went through a period where I got wedgies on a weekly schedule!
