May somebody explain if there is a reason or maybe it is just some kind of configuration error?

You don't have enough posts. Reach 5, and you'll get perms.

We've had extensive problems with spambots flooding their own threads with ads and such. Some caveman methods actually get results, as silly as it sounds. Although for most things on here (like sending DMs), 3 posts is enough.
