Private Messages that are on hold

I have had two members try to PM me but I can't open any messaged from them instead get a message saying:

Information
You are not authorised to read private messages that are on hold.

PM was from you and still no idea what it says.

I had this happen to me. I don't remember for sure, but I think it was because I had too many old messages in my mailbox.

I had to delete a bunch of them.
