Susan then decided that this was a good learning opportunity for Joanne.
"Well Joanne, as you don't have any brothers, unlike Angie here, this is the first time that you have seen a boy's willy, isn't it?" said Susan.

I do wish Susan would shut up talking about this, I really don't want to talk about it. "Course not, they were just drawings, not photos or anything. Anyway can we watch the telly?" I said.

Well now we're all down here lets take a vote on what we do. Hands up those who want to watch telly and then hands up who wants to learn about how bodies develop so that when these classes come up in school you will already know something about it," said Susan.
"So who wants to watch telly?" asked Susan.
I immediately put my hand straight up in the air and Jamie asked what programme we were going to watch. I said I wanted to watch Dr Who but Jamie said he was scared of that so he didn't put his hand up.
"So who wants to learn about how bodies develop?" said Susan. The 2 little swots, Angie and Joanne stuck their hands up.
"Well that's decided then," said Susan, "2 votes to 1 with 1 abstention and I didn't even need to vote and so can't be accused of influencing anything," said Susan, smugly.
"What we learnt at school this week is that most boys start to show signs of puberty when they are about 10 or 11," said Susan.
"What's prubertree?" asked Angie. "Its pu - ber - ty," said Susan, pronouncing it very carefully for Angie and the others. "Its what happens to our bodies as we change from being children to becoming adults."
"That's easy," said Joanne, "we just get taller and fatter, just like Mummy and Daddy."
"That's true," said Susan, "but there are other changes too, such as your Daddy having a moustache. And as we've got 2 boys here with one little boy who is just 6 and the other who is 15 we can compare and see some of the differences.
We were told that one of the first signs for boys that they are starting to become men is that they have hair under their armpits. So Jamie, put your arms up in the air and let the girls see if they can find any hair under your armpits."
Jamie, of course, complied and both girls got as close as they could to see if they could see any hair under his armpits. "I can't see any," said Joanne. "Neither can I," added Angie.
"Well the best way to check is to gently rub your hands under there because although you can't see any you may be able to feel some," said Susan. Both girls proceeded to do that. "Hey, that tickles," said Jamie. The girls confirmed that they couldn't feel any hairs there.
"Now lets move to the big boy to check how hairy he is under his armpits," said Susan. "Arms up Jonnie, I think the girls can just about reach to look under your armpits as you're not too tall yet," she said.
This was just becoming way too embarrassing. It was bad enough that I was standing there, completely naked, with 2 girls half my age looking at me but if I had to put my arms up then I would have to stop covering my privates. I know they'd already seen my willy but that didn't make it any easier to show it again. Very reluctantly I raised one arm whilst keeping the other covering my privates.

I agree, enough already with telling authors what "ribir" is and how to describe their characters' bodies. Do they want a big or gigantic penis? They can write their own story!
