This may sound like a silly question but I ask it sincerely -- for anyone who sleeps nude: How did it not drive you crazy?
You get used to it
For me, it regulates my body temp, keeping me comfortable without getting pinched or stuck in clothing.
The "not getting stuck in clothing" angle is why I stopped wearing pajamas so I completely get that part!
How long did it take you to get used to it and how old were you then?
Sleeping naked always felt very comfortable to me, however, my parents would not allow it. The sleeping rule in their house was "PJs or underpants." The one year that I lived in a college dorm (first year after high school) I slept in underwear mainly so as not to potentially offend my roommate.

B here
Didn’t start until I was 20 or so.
Only took a week or 2
I might be very naive here, but this whole question about the glans might apply more in the US, where men are more likely to be circumcised. I remember various conversations, both online and in person, that this is the case. I think it had been mentioned that an episode of Sex and the City, a character was horrified that the man she'd taken to bed was uncircumcised.
(Fun aside. In the UK, the glans is colloquially known as the bell end. Some years ago, a new stand was built at the football ground for Manchester City and it was decided to name in in honour of the former star, Colin Bell. There was a worry that fans of their rival team, Manchester United, might call it the Bell End. It's now the Colin Bell Stand.)

Regardless of region, if someone reading is uncircumcised and can report they sleep naked and the sheets brushing against their penis doesn't bother them, I'd like to hear about it.
For all I know, if I was uncut I might still be bothered by the fabric against my (fore)skin.
Born in Georgia like most guys there I am circumcised. Never really thought about how circ status would affect the relative comfort of sleeping nude. Interesting concept, though, that the foreskin still being there would have an effect on this type of situation.

I am uncircumcised , and I also don't like sleeping naked. Probably the bedsheets irritate me less than they irritate you, but they still irritate me — I sleep poorly, I keep getting erections, and I wake up tired.
So to answer the main question — I usually sleep in underwear or pajamas ^^
Other than the duvet itself when I’m cold, nothing at all. I’m always more comfortable the less I’m wearing, so there’s little reason for me to wear anything overnight!
(Even during the day, I’m usually only wearing trousers and a shirt when I other people are present, plus socks and shoes when outside!)
The only change I’m likely to make at some point in the future would be to “wear” my boyfriend/girlfriend overnight, whether just as a hug or as “something more”.
