I was around 12/13.
At a public swimming pool, I went into the men’s room after several hours of ogling girls in their swim suits.
I made my way to one of the shower stalls with a curtain.
I pulled my suit down to mid thigh and started jerking off.
A few minutes in, my dad came into the bathroom looking for me.
I had to quickly pull up my trunks before he found me.
We wen’t back out to the pool, but I still had an erection.
It was obvious, even in my baggy suit

Reading this thread title triggered a memory I had forgotten.

When I was around 10-12 I had swimming lessons at an indoor public pool with several other kids. I remember it was co-ed and the only other guys in my class were these twins that were 3-4 years younger than me. I think they grouped us together because not enough kids were signed up in their age or swimming level.
One time we finished swimming, I was a minute or two late doing laps and made my way to the male changing room showers when I saw to my surprise they were completely naked, standing beneath the same shower washing each other. This surprised me for multiple reasons:
1) Most guys around my age didn't shower naked, I'd only seen older grandpas showering naked in the locker room. I'd never shower naked and always changed under a towel.
2) They were sharing a shower when they were the only ones in the whole shower room, there was at least a dozen empty showers they could have used.

Shrugging it off, I went about my business, picked a shower and got under the water and rinsed off the chlorine and washed my hair. When I finished my eyes passed over them again and I had my 2nd surprise. They were washing each other's dicks.
I was in disbelief, "wtf are they doing?" was all that went through my head as I stood there stunned.
Looking at them got their attention and one of them got this disgusted look on his face and said "What are you looking at?"
I was still stunned in disbelief, I couldn't even think of anything to respond with and a second later the other twin spoke up and said "Maybe he's gay" in an accusatory way.

In hindsight, this is the funniest possible thing he could have said given he just had another male's dick in his hand.
If I was fast thinking on my feet I would have quipped back at them with something in those words, but I was still stunned at the entire situation and defensive at the idea of being accused of gay (I'm not, and in the early 2000s being accused of being gay was fighting words), and honestly I was also blown away that kids this young even knew what that word meant and were confident throwing it around so casually with 0 self-reflection that no response came to my mind, I just walked away shaking my head without saying anything.

Went back on the link & re-read that great story of your Mom stripping you at camp. Seems that summer camp experiences are ripe for naked embarrassment potential.

As I've told before, the 3-sided cabins at the Boy Scout camp I attended were seemingly planned for guys being seen naked by visiting family members. Or at least that is what I imagined at that time.

About 6 or 7 months ago, I was at a water park in Germany. I was using the male communal shower room at the end of the day and was showering naked. I think there was another man in their with his son and they were showering naked too.

The shower room was supposed to be closed as the light wasn't working. It was dark in there but we could still see due to other lights. There had been a barrier to block the showers but someone moved it out of the way so we decided to use them.

Anyway, at some point the cleaning lady came and told us we shouldn't be in there and to leave. We all continued showering, so she decided to stand there waiting and watching us showering naked until we were finished. Then she closed the barrier.

I appreciate cleaning ladies in showers is quite common in Germany, so this is not a huge deal. But I was surprised that she stood and watched us showering naked for a few minutes at least.

There was one instance where a female janitor entered the Boys Lockerroom while we were taking our gang showers after track practice (in high school). We were all in the walled off shower block so not visible to her. Our coach came out of his office & very sternly told her to return in about half an hour. We were mostly done with our showers and waiting naked in the block area for her to leave. We could hear Coach saying to her, "Those boys are naked in there. They don't want you to see them that way."

Funny thing was that sentiment never stopped the Coach's wife (my 11th grade English teacher) from traipsing in there while we were getting dressed.

I read your story: I felt the same way when I was 10 or 11. I was more embarrassed that someone had to help me wash or change than I was about being seen naked.
At the beach, I was one of those kids who, up until the age of 10 or 11, would change into my swimsuit without covering up or hiding, so it happened that some friends or relatives would see me naked, and I didn’t protest. But if my mom had wanted to help me change in front of my friends, like in your story, I probably would have protested.
