I thought the site got taken down, but it's just the Index home page, took a tricky bit of search navigation to make it from Enf stories to General discussions.
Edit: it's been down for 2 days, the second I make this post it start working again lol.

sorry about that, for some reason the host site didn't want to automatically process the site's payment, I'll just have to stay more vigilant about this matter.
