honestly, 100%, Once, i got pantsed in school, my shirt was big enough to cover everything which wouldnt have mattered because they never removed anyones underwear as well. I just nonchalantly lifted it back up. No one saw anything, and no one really tried to do it to me again. And another time, someone tried to remove my shirt (i never removed my shirt because i was embarrassed about people seeing me without a shirt), before they go to do it fully, i just side stepped them, made it proper and didn't acknowledge them. Same thing here
There was this one guy who always freaked out and he got pants atleast 3 more times.
And sometimes there is only one person obsessed with other for any reason that make the others do those kind of things. Like i told in a post in Your True Stories i was never comfortable being completely naked in the locker room, so I always tried to be quick, take a shower, and wrap myself in a towel as soon as possible. That was enought to someone started picking on me and do a lot of things.
