I also prefer girls humiliating boys, but if I have to choose between the given options, I pick boy humiliating girl because it's always more embarrassing with someone from the opposite sex (in my opinion).

It's true you need to be more careful in this case so it doesn't feel rapey or perturbing, but if done right, there's no problem.
