Eric's Excellent Halloween Evening
Chapter 1. The Evening Begins

The phone did not ring or buzz with an offer of invitation. Nobody in the High School halls called Eric over to ask "What are you doing
for Halloween?" No party invitation arrived in the mailbox. That was not unexpected, such offers had never come before, and likely
were not to occur in the future.

Let's face it, sixteen year old Eric Smiley is a nobody, a member of the Loser's Club.

Eric isn't mean, or bossy, or pushy, or comes across to people as a know it all like some geeky nerds can be most annoying. Eric is too shy,
too insecure, too wrapped up in his own little fantasy world where there is little room for others. Fitting into the normal social patterns
of the lives of kids his age isn't what Eric is good at. Role playing and pretend are how he fits into this world. Few people know the
decent lad who gets good grades and rarely causes trouble has troubling delusions of grandeur with a side dish of exhibitionism.

* * * * *

Eric left the house just before sundown. The streets outside are filling with youngers and their overprotective parents. It's Halloween
evening, and the weather is pleasant, not a hint of rain or cold, breezy winds. It's the perfect night to dress up and scare some little
kids.

Eric is dressed as the Grim Reaper, thick black cloak and wide hood showing the lifeless face of the Reaper. With a menacing but totally
fake wheat scythe Eric wanders up and down the streets. He looks for bushes near the front porches of houses. He looks for good places
to wait in ambush.

Eric steers clear of any group that has parents on patrol. Unescorted groups of children who bravely go up to a house to ask strangers for
candy are met by an even stranger figure dressed in black. Eric shrieks and waves the long-handled scythe back and forth like he is going
to mow the children down. Shrieks and screams fill the night air as the group of youngsters run away.

After one such ambush of kids, Eric is surprised to hear a voice behind him say, "Why don't you pick on someone your own size."
It's a girl's voice. Eric turns around to see two girls he recognizes from school, both in the freshman class. Both girls live on a street fairly
close by. Eric has only occasionally spoken to these girls, as they ignore him the same way every other girl does.

Standing boldly on the sidewalk, showing no fear, are Bethany and Scarlet. The two girls make the perfect couple as they are dressed
as opposites. Bethany wears the costume of an Angel. Scarlet is dressed as a little red she-devel with pointed tail attachment and
cute little trident in her hand.

"Who are you?" Scarlet demands to know. "You better not be some pervy grownup who gets his jollies chasing little kids."

"Yeah," Bethany joins in. "Tell us who you are. You are too tall to be out here Trick-or-Treating."

The two girls are not exactly the appropriate age to be going around asking for free candy. Bethany and Scarlet are both fourteen
years old. They could be accompanying a group of kids as the protective older ones, but these two are off on their own with no
children to bother with.

The Grim Reaper can either run away, or he can stand his ground. It was a tough decision to make. Eventually, the cuteness of the
good and evil couple persuaded the dark entity to stay. A slightly muffed voice comes from the black mask with the white cheap
plastic face attached, "I'm Eric Smiley. I go to your school".

The Angel recognizes the name first, "Oh...Eric Smiley. I have seen you around. You are one of the geeks from the chess club."

The Devil shows she too knows who is in the dark costume, "I've seen you riding your bike on our street. You ride back and forth up and
down, but you are never with anyone else."

"I'm with you two now. You want to help me scare some kids?" It's a bold move to attempt, but Eric has always been more bold
and infinitely more daring when he has a mask on. As himself, Eric would only slink away in disgrace. As the Grim Reaper, Eric
can challenge the very existence of right and wrong.

After a short conversation of whispers between Bethany and Scarlet, the two girls turn to face the much taller Reaper. "Yes you can
join us. We'll help steer groups of kids to your hiding locations," Bethany seems eager to form the partnership.

Even the angel can see the logic of it, "Whatever candy is spilled on the ground is ours to take."

The unlikely pairing of the Angel and the Devil have an accomplice, a partner in crime. With the Grim Reaper tagging along the three of
them saunter down the street after a group of unprotected children.

Eric Smiley...that name sounds familiar. Wasn't he featured in another story where he sends a naughty email to a girl he has a crush on? And he ends up naked at the girl's house in front of the family, too?

You are correct Nick.
This is the same Eric Smiley who has been featured in previous stories such as "Exposing Eric".

Will he be able to control himself this time?

Eric's Excellent Halloween Evening
Chapter 2. Crime and Crashing Cups

A group of six or seven kids step up onto the porch of a house on Elm Street. The first one to the door rings the doorbell. The kids form
a cluster near the door as an older woman answers the bell. The kids nearly simultaneously yell "Trick or Treat". The kindly woman has
a large bowl that she sticks out beyond the doorframe. Each kid greedily grabs a handful of goodies, stuff the treats into their bag.
The nice woman says goodbye and the door closes. As a group the kids move down the steps and onto the walk that leads toward the
driveway.

Halfway to the driveway a large hooded figure emerges from behind a bush. With a low growl the recognizable form of the Grim Reaper
bears down upon the kids, arms spread out wide, a huge blade on a stick in one hand. The children squeal and scatter, running every which
way. Some go to the left, some to the right. One little guy dressed as Batman merely slumps over and forms a ball with his body as he
whimpers.

From behind the bush appear two more characters in costume, an Angel and a Devil, both obviously girls with the red devil wearing
a low cut top that shows a considerable amount of skin, big boobs pressing outward. Scarlet as the Devil is something to see. Her legs
are barely concealed by red stockings, her ass barely concealed by high cut seams on a body costume similar in shape and function as
a one piece swimsuit, and this costume is similar to what the hot babes wore in Bay Watch as lifeguards. Red horns on the head topped
it off nicely.

Scarlet and Bethany look around on the grass and sidewalk for any lost items. Mainly candy is found strewn about, but Bethany also
found a watch and a phone. Being the Angelic one of the raiding party, Bethany placed the watch and phone on the porch of the house.
Maybe the items will end up with their original owners. The trio of thieves slink off to find their next target.

This pattern repeated itself several times on Elm Street. The last house on the block had nobody to answer the door. A large bowl
of candy had been left out on the porch, which is brightly lit by orange and green spotlights parked in the center of the front lawn.
This time the Grim Reaper didn't hide in the bushes. The Reaper took up a position next to the bowl on the porch. It would only
be a matter of time till the next group of kids comes along. The first group had some parents, so the Reaper remains totally
motionless. Being covered from head to boots, nobody can know that is a person in a costume. By not moving, they think Eric is
only a scary display. Bethany and Scarlet grab candy from the bowl to give out to the Trick-or-Treaters. Once the group is gone,
the two teen girls take some of the candy for their own personal supply.

The next group coming along has no parents with it. Eric kneels down, making himself as small as possible. The Angel and the Devil
kneel down next to the bowl to grab candy for the kids. The Grim Reaper waits for them to gather in front of the bowl on the porch.
The Reaper begins to rise up. The kids turn to stare as the Grim Reaper stands fully upright. Some of the kids are not scared
at all, but some show signs of alarm. Half the group is looking at the bowl of treats, the other half are treated to a sight they
never expected. The Grim Reaper didn't just stand up to a height much greater than that of any of the youngsters, but the front of
the cloak rose up and kept rising.

A girl in a Princess costume is the first one to scream. In quick succession most of the kids turn to see the Reaper has more than
a shiny scythe to scare people with. The Angel and the Devil are too close to the door, to the wall of the house, to see what is
causing the commotion. Bethany and Scarlet can only see the backside of the Grim Reaper, but they can see part of the costume
has been lifted upward. The kids are pointing or screaming, then as a group they turn to depart from the porch as fast as their
little feet can fly.

After the last one has disappeared at the street, Bethany asks, "What did you do?"

"I just spooked them, that's all," the Grim Reaper replies as the tall dark figure bends down once more. Standing upright again,
Eric says, "I think we should get moving."

After ambushing a couple more groups of kids, the candy loot laden bandits stop at the last house of the left. "This is my house," Bethany
says. "Scarlet is gonna stay with me tonight. Umm...do you want to come inside, just for a little while. Don't worry, my parents are
not home, not until around midnight."

Eric readily agrees to go inside with the two girls. He was super happy at how well the evening had gone so far. He didn't expect to
hang out with two of the popular girls from the Freshman Class. Normally they wouldn't even say boo to him if he tried to talk to
them in the hallway at school. But for some reason, the costume and the organized crime spree had turned them into friends, if only
temporarily. A couple days from now these two girls might not even acknowledge knowing Eric, but for now he has an invitation into
Bethany's house!

Inside the house the group first goes to the living room. Bethany turns on the stereo system and she soon has the song "Monster Mash"
playing. Eric takes his mask off, and he drops it onto a chair. Then he starts to take off the costume.

"What are you doing?" Scarlet asks.

"It's too warm in here," Eric tells them, and he removes the costume completely. The two girls first had a startled, nearly horrified
look on their faces as the cloak first was coming off. They both laughed upon seeing a tall skinny boy wearing boxers but nothing else.
To finish it off, Eric removes the boots and black socks. He is totally out of costume and in a stranger's house while dressed in nothing
more than white boxers with little red lips scattered about. Bethany and Scarlet can't keep the giggles from spewing forth. Eric realizes
he must look like a total dork out of costume. As the Reaper he is cool. As the Reaper he is under control. As only Eric in underwear
he is vulnerable and shy.

Eric may be shy in person, but out of most of his clothes his body is in very good shape. He is tall and lean with firm abs. His recent
workouts have had some success in adding muscle to a bony frame, though his skin is pale and that makes the dark nipples
appear almost like chocolate kisses on French vanilla ice cream. The nipples poke out hard and pointy as if Eric actually is feeling
cold. The girls both feel fine, though it is probably only 70 degrees inside the house.

"It's a bit chilly in here. Can we turn the heat up?" Eric crosses his arms, rubs the sides of his shoulders.

"Well...I guess make yourself at home," Bethany says, then she and Scarlet whisper something back and forth. Scarlet goes to the
hallway to turn up the heat on the thermostat.

When the "Monster Mash" ended, Eric suggests he choose the next song. On the Youtube he searches for and has the system play
"Werewolves of London". The music gets the teens into a partying mood. Scarlet and Eric dance while Bethany goes to the kitchen.
Several times during the dancing, Scarlet glances down at Eric's boxers. The boy swished and swayed his hips, gyrating to the music.
Every now and then, something pushes against the front of the boxers, something big enough to be noticed by the girl dancing only a
couple feet away from him.

Bethany entered the room with a tray of cookies and crackers. After Eric grabbed a few, Bethany and Scarlet did another of those
whisper conversations that lasts about thirty seconds. Eric knows they are talking about him. The fact they are whispering, that they
are giggling is a good sign.

The song ends and Eric asks if there is anything to drink.

"Do you have instant hot chocolate?" Scarlet wants to know. "That is the perfect drink to wash down this candy."

The two girls head for the kitchen. Not wanting to be left alone, Eric calls out, "I'll give you guys a hand with that."

In the kitchen, Bethany gets out white ceramic mugs for the hot chocolate. Scarlet gets milk heating in a pot on the stove.
Eric does his part by ripping open several packets of the coco mix. It's a group effort and the result was wonderful. Each one has
a cup of steaming hot chocolate. A nice calmness settles into the kitchen, as each of the three finish their drinks. Bethany and
Scarlet turn toward the sink, as they place the mugs on the countertop.

A sudden shattering sound has the two girls twirling around. Eric is looking down at the floor. The mug is shattered into a dozen pieces.

"Oops. I'm sorry. It just fell from my hand," Eric says and he sounds sincere. He helps Bethany pick up the biggest pieces as Scarlet
fetches the broom while laughing.

"I'm so sorry I broke the cup. I really am," Eric continues to offer apologies.

"It's okay, Eric," Bethany tells him. "It's no big deal, really it isn't. We have enough of these mugs."

For some reason Eric continues to focus on his guilt, "But it is a big deal. I don't want you to get into trouble. I'm the one who broke
the cup, but you can't tell your parents I was here, isn't that right?"

Bethany nods her head, "That's right, we won't be telling anyone you were here. I'm not supposed to let guys into the house when mom
and dad are not here."

"You see...you will have to take the blame for the broken mug. Since you could get punished for that I uhh...It's only fair that I do
something to make it up to you."

"What do you mean by that?" asks Scarlet. "What are you offering us, money to pay for it?"

Eric shakes his head, "No not money. I don't have any money with me as you can see. I got nothing on me at all. But I'll let you two
punish me."

Apparently shy Eric continues to have exhibitionist tendencies despite his past naked embarrassments.
