Yes, TeenFan already shared this one, but I'm also guilty of doing that, it's hard to keep track of everything. Being that this topic is specifically about not made in America movies, though I would share US remakes of two movies to see how they compare

First is onrad oder Das Kind aus der Konservenbüchse (1983 ) from West Germany
From 6:55 as the instant child is activated, he is shown fully nude from the front.

In a 1985 US remake called Konrad , the boy stated he had no clothes and he appears to be naked, but we don't actually see anything. Interesting that it's almost at the same 6:55 timestamp

Now consider Incompreso (Vita col figlio) (1966) Translates to misunderstood

In a scene starting at about 13:46, the younger brother gets his rectal temperature taken by the nurse, but you really don't see anything.

The younger brother still gets his rectal temperature taken by the nurse but in this case, the US version actually shows just a little bit more than the Italian version.

So while foreign movies do tend to be more willing to show things, sometimes they are willing to show a bottom.

Finally, just in case you hadn't noticed, I did pick two US movies with the same actor (Huckleberry Fox). He was such a cute little boy. Gone but not forgotten.
